What project or professional or personal accomplishment are you most proud of?: Professional - being a part of the team that sold a 1 million SF distribution center in Bay View. There aren't many million square footers in Milwaukee, so it is an honor to be in the million square foot club. Personal - serving as Commodore of Pewaukee Yacht Club in 2023 and leading the planning phase toward a 6.3 million redevelopment of the clubhouse. 

Where did you grow up, go to high school or college?: I grew up in the Town of Delafield. I went to high school at Arrowhead then college at University of Iowa.

Who introduced you to NAIOP Wisconsin and how has the DL All Star program contributed to your success in the industry as a young professional?: I joined CREDA  to look for another CRE education platform and I almost immediately regretted not joining when I first joined the industry. I did join the DL program upon joining CREDA an have been impressed with the opportunities it's presented me. First, it is a wonderful platform to meet other DL's, people we will be doing deals with for years to come. Second, the DL mentor program is an incredible way to get paired with and meet senior professionals in the industry. From a networking standpoint, these two opportunities are invaluable. Third, the DL program puts out educational content that can really grow a person's intellect about specific topics.

What advice would you give today, to you five years ago?: Since I wasn't a member 5 years ago, it would be to join CREDA! But the bigger picture is to continue momentum on relationship building and maintain existing relationships - CREDA is a great platform for it! 

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?: Being a leader of the commercial real estate industry in Milwaukee area.

What are you currently listening to on the radio or reading for fun?: The podcast "acquired" great business stories to listen to while on the road. 

What is one thing you can't live without? Shop talk.

Favorite brunch spot?: Story Hill BKC.

Favorite vacation spot/bucket list?: Anywhere to snow ski.

What is one thing about you most people don’t know?: I am a volunteer Ski Patrol.
