John is a professional implementor of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System).   EOS is a complete set of simple concepts and practical tools that have helped thousands of entrepreneurs get what they want from their business.

John was the national leader of Wipfli’s construction and real estate area, which grew from $4MM to $80MM under his leadership.   

John was instrumental in successfully implementing EOS at Wipfli where he experienced first hand the positive outcomes that can be obtained. EOS aligned so well with his passion for helping businesses succeed, that he retired early from Wipfli to become an EOS implementor. 

John also serves both Three Leaf Partners and Catalyst Construction in a part time senior leadership role focused on growth, strategy and executive coaching.

John has a great love for travel and exploring.   John is a certified Yoga instructor and scuba diving instructor.   His son Jonathan is a critical care doctor in Virginia and his son Alex is a developer at Phoenix Partners.  

John has long been active in the community serving on the NAIOP Wisconsin board, NAIOP national board and NAIOP Governors Foundation. He also served on the boards for Commonbond Communities, Potawatomi Area Boy Scouts, and Journey House.
