Briefly tell us what you do and how long you have been in the Commercial Real Estate industry:
I work as a Real Estate Developer. My main job is to take our projects and guide them from start to finish. We handle every single piece of a project from beginning to end and manage all of the stakeholders involved throughout the process. I have been in the Commercial Real Estate industry for 6 years now.
Which project or professional accomplishment are you most proud of? Pat Connaughton and I started the company back in 2016 when we were only 23 years old. We have experienced so much growth and are thankful for everyone who has helped us along the way. I think our biggest accomplishment would be the acquisition of Catalyst Partners (another local developer). It has allowed us to quadruple our deal flow, make our investors more money, and make a bigger impact throughout the community we live in and love!
How would you like to be more involved in NAIOP?: I love connecting with people and am a firm believer of the saying “your network is your net worth.” I hope to continue to connect with people throughout NAIOP Wisconsin and hope to collab with many of you on future projects (Real Estate or even others!).
Tell us about your family: I am recently married as of July of 2020 to my wife, Erin, who teaches at Milwaukee College Prep. I am originally from Arlington, Massachusetts (suburb of Boston) and Erin is from Portland, Oregon. Our families still live in our respective home towns so Milwaukee has become home for us now. We have met so many great people and Milwaukee forever will hold a special place in our heart.
What’s your favorite restaurant? Carnevor. I love steak and this is hands down the best steak in the US!
What music are you listening to and last concert you attended?
Country music. I love summertime, the beach, and golf. Toss some country music in there and you’ll catch me on cloud nine. Last concert was Kane Brown at the Fiserv.
What’s your favorite vacation destination? Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
Favorite series you binge-watched? Ozark
What are your hobbies? I love sports. I’ve played hockey my whole life, love to golf, and of course love watching the Bucks.
