Manager of Business Development
Pepper Construction
Briefly tell us what you do and how long you have been in the Commercial Real Estate industry:
I have been working in the Milwaukee market for 12 years, but have been in the CRE industry for almost 6 months. I'm responsible for strategic development with a focus on identifying new opportunities for Pepper Construction in Wisconsin.
Which project or professional accomplishment are you most proud of?
There are so many possibilities of accomplishments in my future, but I think landing this current role with Pepper Construction has been my biggest professional accomplishment thus far in my career.
How would you like to be more involved in NAIOP?: I would love to learn more about the industry so that I can be a better resource and advisor to others.
What’s your favorite restaurant? Twisted Fire in Oconomowoc. Absolutely worth the trip out west. Fine dining quality, but with a casual twist. You can drop by looking nice or show up in jeans and a t-shirt. Most food (if not all) is locally sourced. Great options for people who may need gluten free options, vegan, etc. Then when you're done, head over to Splash Martini Bar for a "dessert cocktail" and enjoy their patio overlooking Lac La Belle.
What are your favorite foods at Summerfest and State Fair? Pretty basic, but absolutely delicious...The classic Loaded Baked Potato. The one you can load up on your own in the Wisconsin Products Pavilion.
Favorite series you binge-watched? Pawn Stars, Forge in Fire, or pretty much anything on the History Channel.
Cats or dogs? Dogs. I have a White German Shepherd. She is the absolute best and loves to meet new friends. If you're looking for a good doggie daycare, I'll make a plug for Playtime Doggie Daycare in West Allis. They are the absolute best.
What is the best Halloween costume you ever wore? I love Halloween, so I have many. The best is probably Lady Deadpool or Mystique from X-Men.
