Briefly tell us what you do, and length of time in the CRE industry: My role as the Director of Business Development at Moore Construction Services is to manage the branding of our firm through community involvement and internal marketing. I strive to balance volunteering my time on committees within associations I am passionate about including WCREW, Greater Area Brookfield Chamber of Commerce, The Chamber, and Catholic Memorial High School. In addition, I give my time through volunteer events, many of which benefit our customers and industry partners. When not at networking events and volunteering time on associations and committees, I handle our team's internal marketing efforts. These efforts include photography, website, jobsite branding, social media, nominations, newsletters, presentations, RFPs, corporate events, and recruiting. I love that my company gives me the ability to wear many hats and the autonomy to make decisions as a department of one!

What project or professional accomplishment are you most proud of?: I’m very proud of our team being awarded the Future 50 award for 5 consecutive years! We’ve been honored and humbled by our growth and are excited to keep the momentum going!

How would you like to be more involved in NAIOP Wisconsin?: I have attended various events but am excited to be an official member and become more involved in the 2024 Developing Leaders All Star Program!

Tell us about your family: My husband, Kyle and I live in Brookfield and are going on 6 years of marriage. We have 12 nieces and nephews (under the age of 8!) and tons of neighbor kids who keep us very busy. We love all things house projects, being active, and running our basement business after hours. I also get to work with my dad and 2 siblings every day Moore, which I love!

What is your favorite vacation destination?: Barcelona, Spain.

How do you find a moment of peace or calm to center yourself?: Yoga and sauna at Lifetime Fitness.
