Name/Title/Company: Jason LaRosh / Partner, Vice President / Ring & DuChateau, LLP 

Briefly tell us what you do, and length of time in the CRE industry: I am an engineer for building systems and have been part of the CRE industry for 22 years. In my current role as partner/senior project manager, I lead teams of engineers tasked with design/implementation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing/fire protection systems for new and renovated facilities.

 What project or professional accomplishment are you most proud of?: I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to work on several fun, challenging projects in my career. What I am most proud of is having worked with project owners to identify their goals related to project cost, system efficiency, maintenance and life cycle costs, then developing and implementing solutions to achieve those goals through the design and construction of the project.

How would you like to be more involved in NAIOP Wisconsin?: I look forward to growing business relationships and partnerships locally as well as taking advantage of learning opportunities to broaden my industry perspective.

Tell us about your family: My wife, Laura, and I live in Hubertus with our three children.

What are your hobbies?: Golf, bee keeping and spending time with family.

How do you find a moment of peace or calm to center yourself?: A round of golf with my kids.  They help to remind me of what is important.
