Name/Title/Company: Kyle Holtz / Project Architect / Eppstein Uhen Architects (EUA)

Briefly tell us what you do, and length of time in the CRE industry: I have been in the architectural field for 10 years. My work has primarily been living focused which has ranged from affordable housing to hotels throughout the US.

 What project or professional accomplishment are you most proud of?: Besides obtaining my architectural license in 2018, I am most proud of working through complex projects which involve extensive coordination and seeing it all come together successfully. 

How would you like to be more involved in NAIOP Wisconsin?: I am looking forward to connecting with more people in the construction industry. 

Tell us about your family: I grew up in Mequon and have two twin sisters. Everyone in my family are UW alums, and we are the typical Wisconsin family that enjoys the Northwoods experience. 

What's the last concert you attended?: I saw John Fogerty at Ravina last summer.

What is your favorite restaurant and why?: County Clare Irish Inn & Pub. It has a great atmosphere and feels like you are in Ireland. 

Favorite county or state park?: Peninsula State Park! Planning to do the Door County Half Marathon there in a couple months. 

What's your favorite vacation destination?: Malta. Hard to beat the incredible food, history, and architecture.  

What's something about you most people don't know?: I was 90 lbs as a high school freshmen.
