Briefly tell us what you do and how long you have been in the Commercial Real Estate industry: I am a RE Investment Broker and I have been in the industry for four years total, with this being my first year in CRE.

Which project or professional accomplishment are you most proud of?: I have completed 37 transactions in two years as an individual residential agent. 

How are you involved or would like to be more involved in NAIOP Wisconsin?: I want to get involved in as a developing leader. My goal is to be in top 10% of brokers nationwide. I want expand my network and learn from the best. My goal is to be a the go to broker for my community.  

Tell us about your family: My parents came from Mexico. I am a first generation student and first person in my family to do real estate. I do not come from a generation of industry professionals.

What is your favorite vacation destination?: Greece!

What music are you listening to?: I am currently listening to BeeGees and 80s soft rock.

What’s something about you most people don’t know?: I left home when I was 13. 

What are your hobbies?: Exercising, soccer and cooking!

How do you find a moment of peace to calm or center yourself?: Running by the lakefront in the early morning.

What is one item you cannot live without?: My pre-workout!
