Name/Title/Company: Michelle Long/Director of Real Estate Development/Community First 

Briefly tell us what you do and how long you have been in the Commercial Real Estate industry: I am the Director of Real Estate Development at Community First, an affordable housing agency. I am also a licensed real estate broker and recently opened up my own firm, KAI Real Estate. I'm a third-generation real estate professional and have been working in real estate since 2015. I am also an ACRE program alumni. 

How are you involved or would like to be more involved in NAIOP Wisconsin?: I would love to network with professionals working in real estate, construction and finance. 

Tell us about your family: My family includes my husband, Quinn Long, our daughter, 15, and three sons, 11, 14 & 17. 

What's the last, or favorite book you read?: My husband and I had a "book club" with our kids and we all read "Rich Dad, Poor Dad".  We had family discussions after each chapter so that's my favorite book for both the book itself and the experience we had together.

What are your hobbies?: Laughing. At everything.

What's one thing you can't live without?: My family.

What's the best Halloween costume you ever wore?: My mom hand-made most of my Halloween costumes. I was once a sandwich. I was in-between two giant pieces of white bread made of foam and other sandwich toppings. It was made with love.
