Name/Title/Company: Ryan Kautz / Property Manager / Froedert Health

Briefly tell us what you do, and length of time in the CRE industry: I have a background of ten years in residential property management. I recently started work at Froedtert Health in their Enterprise Facility Services department overseeing the lease and property management for the offsite clinics, and assist in the real estate development for the hospital system.

Which project or professional accomplishment are you most proud of?: Recently I was able to resolve a parking space shortage at one of our clinics. I was able to secure additional parking offsite for our staff so our patients would have amble parking on-site at the clinic. 

How are you involved or would like to be more involved in NAIOP Wisconsin?: I just joined NAIOP at the beginning of the year and hope to participate in more networking events in the future.

Tell us about your family: My wife, Alyssa and live at home with our two dogs, Champ & Millie. We just bought a new house on an acre and have really enjoyed spending time outdoors. 

Favorite county or state park?: Devil’s Lake State Park. Love to go hiking and see the views from the top of the bluffs.  

Cats or dogs?: Dogs - I have two dogs and one cat, but I’m definitely more of a dog person.

Favorite adventure movie, or series you've binge-watched?: Jurassic Park. I can’t even count the amount of times I’ve seen it.

What are your hobbies?: Anything outdoors really. Hiking, camping, boating. 

What is one item you cannot live without?: Air conditioning. Definitely a summer necessity.
