Briefly tell us what you do, and length of time in the CRE industry: I have been in the CRE industry for over 25 years.

Which project or professional accomplishment are you most proud of?: I am most proud of working across the country on many large-scale projects such as Spanish Fort Town Center in AL, various Cabela's stores and working with the Packers on all phases of Titletown.

How are you involved or would like to be more involved in NAIOP Wisconsin?: For years I have attended occasional events but never got a membership because others here did.  As a member I hope to attend events on a more consistent basis.

Tell us about your family: I have been married to my wife Megan for 21 years and we have a 12-year-old son Colin.

What is your favorite quote?: My favorite quote is a lyric by Toby Keith, "I ain't as good as I once was, but I'm as good once as I ever was" If you know me you know why. I still like to play sports, but I will leave it at I am injury prone, and I don't let that stop me.

What is the funniest thing that has happened to you recently?: This goes with my favorite lyric where I said I was injury prone.  I broke my leg changing a razor in my shower.  Most would saw how is that funny. That is the 6th bone I broke and about 10th significant injury I had in the last decade.  You have to just laugh.

What music are you listening to, and first and last concert you attended?: I listen to almost anything no matter the genre or decade.  The first concert I can remember going to was Reba McEntire and I didn't know who she was. The last was pre-Covid and it was Styx after an Admirals game.

Cats or dogs?: Our family has a dog named "Nova".

What's your favorite vacation destination?I enjoy going up north to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan where I grew up.

Favorite State Fair food?: I have to go with the flavored Milk at the State Fair, especially root beer.

What are your hobbies?: I spend my time training for or racing Sprint distance aquathons & triathlons.

What's something about you most people don't know?I coached High School Hockey in the early 2000's. (Waukesha HS Coop Wing's & Greenfield (Coop) Iceforce).

How do you find a moment of peace to calm or center yourself?:  Walking alone up north in the woods makes the outside world disappear.
