Briefly tell us what you do, and length of time in the CRE industry: My responsibilities include development and acquisition modeling as well as assisting in asset management/financial reporting. I have been in the CRE industry for about 6 months now.

Which project or professional accomplishment are you most proud of?: I'm most proud of building models to help our executives and vice presidents see deals from every angle.

How are you involved or would like to be more involved in NAIOP Wisconsin?: I have been to a few NAIOP Showcases so far and new member events. I am looking forward to being involved in Developing Leaders as well. Everyone has been very friendly, and it will be great to create new friends and mentors in the industry.

Tell us about your family: I am the second oldest of seven kids! I grew up in West Bend, WI. My wife and I currently reside in Waukesha, WI. But, we will eventually move back up to Washington County to be closer to family.

What's your favorite restaurant and why?: Bob's Steak and Chop House in downtown Nashville. Best steak I have ever had. Period.

What's your favorite vacation destination?: Either Hilton Head Island, SC or Mackinac Island, MI.

Favorite county or state park?: I haven't been out west or to Alaska yet, but Porcupine State Park in the Upper Peninsula was beautiful.

What music are you listening to, and first and last concert you attended?: Usually Country Music - last concert was Kenny Chesney. Next concert - Old Dominion in a few weeks!

What are your hobbies?: I love to golf and play basketball. Both sport I played in high school/college and still continue to play competitive golf.

What is one item you cannot live without?: My golf clubs!
