Briefly tell us what you do, and length of time in the CRE industry: Oversee corporate accounting and finance for CG Schmidt and its related entities. Have been specifically associated with CRE industry between public accounting and industry experience since 2014.

 What project or professional accomplishment are you most proud of?: Being a CPA for 10 years now and working in a role with considerable responsibility and autonomy at a great organization. 

How would you like to be more involved in NAIOP Wisconsin?: Looking to grow my network with CRE specific service professionals as well as establishing new connections with our awesome customers and partners.

Tell us about your family: As I'm typing this, my wife and I are officially one day past our due date (4/8) for our first child. We are extremely excited to add our daughter to our family in addition to our four-legged son, a Golden Retriever named Louie. No more DINKWAD status for us (Dual Income No Kids With A Dog)-- couldn't be any more millennial! 

What music are you listening to?: All over the board. Anything from Larry Fleet to Bob Seger. Most recent concert was The Lumineers.

What is your favorite restaurant and why?: Kin by Rice N Roll. The Sexy Summer roll is a must along with a plate of sashimi.

What is your favorite book?: The Accountant's Story - Inside the Violent World of the Medellin Cartel. Nonfiction crime stories mixed with numbers? Can't beat it. 

Favorite county or state park?: Lapham Peak.

What's your favorite vacation destination?: Bora Bora takes the cake. Otherwise Cabo San Lucas is our favorite recurring vacation spot  (we got married there in 2021).

Cats or dogs? Do you have pets?: Dogs all day long. Our dog, Louie, is a 2 year old Golden Retriever.

What's something about you most people don't know?: I was 90 lbs as a high school freshmen.
