Name/Title/Company: Steven Rosandich  / Senior Development Analyst / Bear Development 

Briefly tell us what you do and how long you have been in the Commercial Real Estate industry: I work on Bear's multifamily developments ranging anywhere from affordable to luxury products and have been involved in real estate for six years.  

Which project or professional accomplishment are you most proud of?: Having done my undergrad at UW-Madison, I am most proud of closing a development in downtown Madison. The development will provide 54 affordable units in a prime location. 

How are you involved or would like to be more involved in NAIOP Wisconsin?: I would like to get more involved in the development of young professionals and immersion programs. My path to CRE was not conventional, and I received a lot of help from those in the industry to break in. I want to pay it forward. 

Tell us about your family: My dad was the Fire Chief of Oak Creek and was to one who got me into finance and local politics. I also have six brothers who are scattered around the Greater Milwaukee area. 

What's your favorite quote?: There are no mistakes in life, only lessons. 

What music are you listening to, and first and last concert you attended?: I bounce around between electronic and metal music. My first concert was Metallica, and the last concert I went to was Periphery.  

What's your favorite vacation destination?: Napa!

What's the last book you read?: I just finished the Big Short and started reading the Harry Potter series for the first time!  

What are your hobbies?: Music! I've been playing guitar since high school and find myself going down a YouTube rabbit hole on music theory often.
