Briefly tell us what you do and how long you have been in the Commercial Real Estate industry: Our team assists clients by reducing tax liability using the tax code to their benefit. We do this by accelerating depreciation on qualifying assets. We work on many different asset classes for acquisitions, renovations, or new construction projects. I have been on the cost segregation team for almost four years and enjoy watching Milwaukee’s real estate market grow and flourish.

Which project or professional accomplishment are you most proud of? Every project is unique, and I enjoy learning about each business we are working with during the site visits. Some of our projects resulted in tax savings over $1,000,000 for the client.

How would like to be more involved in NAIOP Wisconsin? Looking forward to meeting more members at events and learning more about all aspects of the industry. Excited to discuss the future of Milwaukee and work on finding solutions to current issues.

Who is your favorite author or what is your favorite quote? Herb Brooks from Miracle: “Legs feed the Wolf.” This is true in the real estate world as well.

What is your favorite restaurant? Why? Carnevor for steak or Zarletti for pasta. Food and atmosphere are great at both.

What’s your favorite vacation destination? Bozeman, MT – skiing, fishing, hiking, hunting. Beautiful area with lots to do.

Cats or dogs? Do you have pets? Two dogs, Bear is a yellow lab and Winnie is a golden retriever, who, as a puppy, helped me propose to ask Lauren to get married.

What are your hobbies? Golfing, hockey, hunting and fishing.
