Briefly tell us what you do, and length of time in the CRE industry: I have been in the CRE industry for 6 months but spent the previous 5 years in the design-build construction industry. As the Director of Business Development at Nagel Architects + Engineers, I lead the firms strategic diversification and growth across private markets, as well as our Public sector initiatives. My focus is on identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and positioning the firm for long-term success through strategic partnership development and market expansion.

What project or professional accomplishment are you most proud of?: I am most proud of the relationships I have built within my professional network and the continued opportunities to add value to those relationships.

How would you like to be more involved in NAIOP Wisconsin?: I became a new NAIOP member in March and my involvement has been through various events and networking opportunities. I plan on continuing my involvement with NAIOP through joining a committee and continuing to attend events.

Tell us about your family: My wife and I both grew up in Omaha, NE. and recently relocated to Oconomowoc to be closer to family.

Who is your favorite author and/or what is your favorite quote?: "Shooters Shoot" - Reggie Miller.

What music are you listening to, and first and last concert you attended?: The last concert I attended was Morgan Wallen at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.

What are your hobbies?: Golf, Cooking, Snowboarding, and building things.
