Briefly tell us what you do, and length of time in the CRE industryAs a Risk Management Advisor, I help CRE professionals develop successful insurance programs. This entails advising clients on potential risks/exposures, communicating insurance market trends relative to their properties, and proactively strategizing future investment opportunities from an insurance perspective.

Which project or professional accomplishment are you most proud of?: I feel fulfilled assisting clients in achieving their most significant milestones. Regardless of the size or scope of the project, helping others accomplish their own professional goals will never get old!

How are you involved in NAIOP Wisconsin?: I have been involved in NAIOP Wisconsin for two years primarily in the Developing Leaders Program.

Tell us about your family: I was born and raised in Luxemburg, a small dairy community in North-East Wisconsin. My parents, Chris and Jody Rasmussen, are two of my best friends to this day. I am fortunate to have two siblings. My brother Christian Rasmussen is a junior at UW-Whitewater and my sister Libbie Rasmussen is a senior at Luxemburg-Casco High School.

What's the last, or favorite book you read?: Can’t Hurt Me by David Goggins.

What is your favorite restaurant?Cheese burgers from Krolls West on Packer’s gameday.

What are your hobbies?I enjoy duck hunting, fishing, and cheering on the 13-Time World Champion Green Bay Packers with my family.

What's your favorite vacation destination?: Lake of the Woods, Canada fishing trips

What's something about you most people don't know?: My great grandfather’s restaurant was Vince Lombardi’s daily breakfast spot and the restaurant provided food catering to the Lombardi era Green Bay Packers.
