2024 Capital Markets Update

NAIOP Wisconsin, along with Associated Bank and Husch Blackwell are pleased to present the 2024 Capital Markets Update.  This year's program will include a keynote address by James Bohnaker, Senior Economist with Cushman Wakefield. Mr. Bohnaker will also join our VIP dinner after the event.

In addition, the program will feature a panel of Wisconsin commercial real estate professionals who will discuss how access to capital is shaping the industry for the foreseeable future.
