What's the refund policy?
Attendees can receive refunds up to 7 days before the event start date. To request a refund, go to Tickets in your Info Hub account, find your order, then select "Request a Refund," or email info@naiop-wi.org. Refunds are given minus the purchasing fees.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, we will have record of registrations on site. Simply check in at the registration table.

Please remember how you enter your registration information is what will appear on your name tag.

PHOTOGRAPHY / VIDEO RELEASE NAIOP Wisconsin Chapter programs and events may be photographed or video-recorded. Your registration and that of your guest(s) for any NAIOP Wisconsin program or event confirms your consent to your image(s) being represented in the future publication, broadcast or other use of photographs or videos at the sole discretion of NAIOP Wisconsin.
