NAIOP Wisconsin and Husch Blackwell are pleased to present the first in our Community Development & Finance Symposium series: Diversifying the CRE Industry.

Timeline:

3:30-4:00pm: Registration

4:00pm-5:30pm: Program

5:30pm-6:30pm: Reception

Purpose: NAIOP Wisconsin aims to provide a valuable educational experience for members and guests to learn more about the “Why” and “How” to diversify the commercial real estate market. This includes but is not limited to understanding what ESG is and how it impacts the industry, ways to diversify, expand and grow the talent pipeline, and to learn how some colleagues, near and far, are already working towards a more diverse industry.

Keynote: The keynote will be given by Kim Snyder.  Mr. Snyder is the 2023 President of the NAIOP Corporate Board of Directors, and is the President of the West Region for Prologis. Mr. Snyder will discuss efforts underway by Prologis and other NAIOP members to diversify the CRE industry.

Local Developers’ Panel: A number of developers from Southeastern Wisconsin are being curated for  panel discussion following the keynote.  (More information forthcoming).

A VIP dinner will also be curated to provide a more intimate atmosphere for our speakers, sponsors, and leaders to discuss the topic.
